- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) : Here the supplier offers his standard products to the customer. The supplier has its own brand, which is already distributed. No need to design a new mold. The customer adds his logo and can also modify the packaging at his convenience. This mode of production is more suited to low-budget companies.
Note: OEM is also used by larger companies as it does not require additional charges for new molds, etc. This allows them to save money.
